EIB is a module that includes specific software and hardware components totally integrated in DCS environment in order to replace the old Plexiglas Incident
board.

It therefore includes:

• set of large screen displays (video wall) for the general visualization of the emergency ship situation
• rugged tablet PC for the input of the emergency information that come from the Safety team on the field.

EIBs are installed in the main critical zones of the ship that are dedicated to the safety management and they are connected to DCS network in order to ensure the real time synchronization of the emergency fighting progress information among the main control rooms of the ship.
EIB software module is designed to respect the Incident Board Navy criteria in terms of Ship decks visualization, symbols and relevant colors and to respect the highest graphical and ergonomic standards.
